AB85-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB85-SA4,1,2 1. Page 8, line 12: delete "health insurance and".

AB85-SA4,1,4 2. Page 8, line 13: after "law" insert ", except for access to a health insurance plan that provides benefits to county officers and employees".

AB85-SA4,1,9 3. Page 8, line 17: after "census." insert "If the county authorizes a supervisor to obtain coverage under a health insurance plan that is offered to county officers and employees, the supervisor is responsible for all costs associated with the health insurance plan and the county may not pay any part of the premiums or other costs that are associated with such a plan.".
