SB179-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB179-SA2,1,6 21. Page 7, line 20: after "enforcer." insert "If the vehicle is removed under par.
3(c) at the request of the property owner or property owner's agent, the towing service
4shall promptly notify a local law enforcement agency upon the vehicle's removal of
5the make, model, and registration plate number of the vehicle and the location to
6which the vehicle has been removed.".

SB179-SA2,1,7 72. Page 14, line 3: delete " (1)" and substitute "(1), (2), or (3)".

SB179-SA2,1,9 83. Page 16, line 6: after "storage or" insert ", provided that the plaintiff has
9provided the notice under s. 704.05 (5) (bf),".

SB179-SA2,1,10 104. Page 16, line 11: after " 704.05" insert "(5) (b)".
