SB373-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB373-SA2,1,2 21. Page 7, line 21: after "is" insert "renumbered 165.85 (3) (d) (intro.) and".
SB373-SA2,1,3 32. Page 7, line 22: after "(d)" insert "(intro.)".
SB373-SA2,1,4 43. Page 8, line 6: after "firearms," insert "domestic violence investigations,".
SB373-SA2,1,13 54. Page 8, line 11: delete lines 11 to 15 and substitute "13-member advisory
6curriculum advisory committee consisting to advise the board in the establishment
7of the curriculum requirements. The curriculum advisory committee shall consist

8of 6 chiefs of police and 6 sheriffs to be appointed on a geographic basis of not more
9than one chief of police and one sheriff from any one of the 8 state administrative
10districts together with
, the director of training of the Wisconsin state patrol. This
11committee shall advise the board in the establishment of the curriculum
12requirements.

1Section 18m. 165.85 (3) (d) 1. to 3. of the statutes are created to read:
SB373-SA2,2,42 165.85 (3) (d) 1. If any technical college in the state provides a course or
3program described in this paragraph, the board shall appoint to the curriculum
4advisory committee one person to represent technical colleges.
SB373-SA2,2,75 2. If any 2-year college in the state provides a course or program described in
6this paragraph, the board shall appoint to the curriculum advisory committee one
7person to represent 2-year colleges.
SB373-SA2,2,108 3. If any 4-year college or university in the state provides a course or program
9described in this paragraph, the board shall appoint to the curriculum advisory
10committee one person to represent 4-year colleges and universities.".
