AB143-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB143-AA3,1,2 21. Page 9, line 13: delete lines 13 and 14 and substitute:

AB143-AA3,1,6 3"(b) Request the department of justice to conduct a criminal history record
4search for the individual. As soon as practicable, the department of justice shall
5conduct the criminal history record search and notify the licensed company of the
6results of the search. The search shall include at least all of the following:".
