AB143-AA5,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB143-AA5,1,3 21. Page 5, line 12: after "vehicle" insert "or a commercial motor vehicle, as
3defined in 49 CFR 390.5".
AB143-AA5,1,6 42. Page 9, line 23: delete the material beginning with "major" and ending with
5"(b)." on line 25 and substitute "conviction in the past 3 years for an offense listed
6under s. 351.02 (1) (a).".
AB143-AA5,1,10 73. Page 10, line 1: delete the material beginning with "who" and ending with
8"346.63," on line 2 and substitute "who, in the last 7 years, committed an offense that
9resulted in a suspension, revocation, or other conviction counted under s. 343.307 (1)
10or was convicted".
AB143-AA5,1,11 114. Page 13, line 4: after "commercial" insert "motor".
AB143-AA5,1,12 125. Page 17, line 20: after that line insert:

1"(e) If a transportation network company's insurer covers a claim under a
2policy's comprehensive or collision coverage, the insurer shall issue the payment for
3the claim to either of the following, as directed by the transportation network

AB143-AA5,2,76 2. Directly to the person repairing the personal vehicle in satisfaction of
