AB177-AA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB177-AA18,1,3 1. Page 3, line 3: delete "The department" and substitute "Except as provided in subd. 4., the department".

AB177-AA18,1,4 2. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

AB177-AA18,1,7 "4. Subdivision 1. does not apply to a recipient who provides to the department or its agent a note or other documentation from a physician that the recipient should be exempt from the requirement under subd. 1.".
