AB192-AA6,1,2 1. Page 11, line 2: after that line insert:

AB192-AA6,1,7 "(br) Notwithstanding pars. (a) to (bm) and subs. (2) and (3), the department shall permanently cease implementation of subs. (2) and (3) if, in any month after the month in which the department begins requiring claimants to submit to tests for the presence of controlled substances under sub. (2) (b) 5., less than 1 percent of those tested test positive without presenting evidence of a valid prescription.".
