AB192-AA6,1,2 21. Page 11, line 2: after that line insert:

AB192-AA6,1,7 3"(br) Notwithstanding pars. (a) to (bm) and subs. (2) and (3), the department
4shall permanently cease implementation of subs. (2) and (3) if, in any month after
5the month in which the department begins requiring claimants to submit to tests for
6the presence of controlled substances under sub. (2) (b) 5., less than 1 percent of those
7tested test positive without presenting evidence of a valid prescription.".
