AB325-ASA1-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB325-ASA1-AA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 3, line 8, and substitute:

AB325-ASA1-AA1,1,4 4" Section 3m. 17.26 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB325-ASA1-AA1,1,95 17.26 (1m) The school district president of a common, union high, or unified
6school district may, by appointment, fill a vacancy in the school board if the
7remaining members of the school board do not appoint an individual to fill the
8vacancy under sub. (1g) (a) within 60 days of the date on which the vacancy first
9exists.".
