AB373-AA9,1,3 21. Page 17, line 17: after "director" insert ", except that an applicant for a
3position may at any time inspect his or her records".

AB373-AA9,1,4 42. Page 24, line 10: after that line insert:

AB373-AA9,1,5 5" Section 62m. 230.25 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB373-AA9,1,86 230.25 (6) Upon request, an appointing authority shall provide any applicant
7for a position a written explanation of the reasons for why the applicant was not
8offered an interview or selected for the position.".
