AB421-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB421-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete "A" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (2m), a".

AB421-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB421-AA2,1,5 "(2m) The immunity under sub. (2) does not apply to any of the following:

AB421-AA2,1,7 (a) A person who intentionally causes damage to personal property, injury to a person, or death.

AB421-AA2,1,8 (b) A person whose conduct is grossly negligent or willful and wanton.

AB421-AA2,1,11 (c) A person who places a structure with the use of equipment that he or she knew or should have known was faulty and the faulty equipment causes damage to personal property, injury to a person, or death.".
