AB497-ASA1-AA1,1,2 21. Page 6, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute:

AB497-ASA1-AA1,1,5 3"(1m) This act first applies to persons who have applied for supervised release
4under section 980.08 (4) of the statutes before the effective date of this subsection and
5whose supervised release is not authorized on the effective date of this subsection.".
