relating to: adding a
3circuit court branch in Calumet, Wood, Marathon, Dunn, Polk, Jackson, and
4Vilas counties.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

(8) The authorized FTE positions for the circuit courts are increased by 6.0 GPR
14circuit judge positions on August 1, 2017, to be funded from the appropriation under
15section 20.625 (1) (a) of the statutes, to provide 6 circuit court judges for the circuit
16court branches created by this act in Calumet, Jackson, Wood, Marathon, Dunn, and
17Polk counties.

(9) The authorized FTE positions for the circuit courts are increased by 6.0 GPR
19court reporter positions on August 1, 2017, to be funded from the appropriation
20under section 20.625 (1) (a) of the statutes, to provide 6 court reporters for the circuit
21court branches created by this act in Calumet, Jackson, Wood, Marathon, Dunn, and
22Polk counties.

(10) The authorized FTE positions for the circuit courts are increased by 1.0
24GPR circuit judge positions on August 1, 2018, to be funded from the appropriation
1under section 20.625 (1) (a) of the statutes, to provide 1 circuit court judge for the
2circuit court branch created by this act in Vilas county.

(11) The authorized FTE positions for the circuit courts are increased by 1.0
4GPR court reporter positions on August 1, 2018, to be funded from the appropriation
5under section 20.625 (1) (a) of the statutes, to provide 1 court reporter for the circuit
6court branch created by this act in Vilas county.
