Mobile crisis team grants. Biennially, the amounts in the
9schedule for awarding grants to counties or regions to establish certified crisis
10programs that create mental health mobile crisis teams under s. 46.536
and to
11provide training to mobile crisis teams on dementia under 2015 Wisconsin Act ....
12(this act), section 3m (1).".

3(1) Dementia training grants. From the appropriation under section 20.435
4(5) (cf) of the statutes in fiscal year 2016-17 only, the department of health services
5shall award grants in the total amount of $250,000 to counties or regions comprising
6multiple counties to obtain training for their mobile crisis teams on recognizing and
7providing services to individuals with dementia.

8(2) Dementia training grant base adjustment. Notwithstanding section 16.42
9(1) (e) of the statutes, in submitting information under section 16.42 of the statutes
10for purposes of the 2017-19 biennial budget bill, the department of health services
11shall submit information concerning the appropriation under section 20.435 (5) (cf)
12of the statutes as though the increase in the dollar amount of that appropriation by
13Section 4 of this act had not been made.".
