AB820-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 15: delete the material beginning with "that are in" and ending with "sub. (4)," on line 16.

AB820-AA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 14: delete "45" and substitute "60".

AB820-AA1,1,5 3. Page 5, line 18: delete "substantial".

AB820-AA1,1,7 4. Page 5, line 19: delete that line and substitute "that the denial is not arbitrary and capricious.".
