SB121-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB121-SA1,1,2 21. Page 5, line 5: delete "15" and substitute "21".

SB121-SA1,1,3 32. Page 5, line 6: delete " 15" and substitute "21".

SB121-SA1,1,4 43. Page 5, line 17: after that line insert:

SB121-SA1,1,5 5" Section 8m. 67.05 (6a) (a) 2. a. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB121-SA1,1,116 67.05 (6a) (a) 2. a. Direct the school district clerk to call a special election for
7the purpose of submitting the resolution to the electors for approval or rejection, or
8direct that the resolution be submitted at the next regularly scheduled primary or
9election to be held not earlier than 45 70 days after the adoption of the resolution.
10The resolution shall not be effective unless adopted by a majority of the school district
11electors voting at the referendum.".
