11amount of principal and interest to be paid on obligations issued under s. 16.527
12during the fiscal biennium that is allocable to the appropriation, as determined

1under sub. (3). The secretary may require that a state agency pay the amount
2directly to the state in lieu of lapsing or transferring the amount to the general fund.

8number of employees at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board on
9the day on which it was eliminated, as calculated by the secretary.".

16contracting state agency or who is not an employee of the department of workforce
17development conducting an investigation under s. 109.09 contacts an employee
18performing the work described in sub. (2m) for the purpose of investigating
19compliance with this section, the person shall provide a written statement to the
20employee stating that the person is not affiliated with the department, the
21contracting state agency, or the department of workforce development and disclosing
22the principal source of funding for the investigation.

2the department determines are necessary to implement and ensure compliance with
3this section.

6agent performing work on a project of public works that is subject to this section to
7ensure compliance with this section.

16employer is otherwise required to pay prevailing wages, if that record contains the
17name or other personally identifiable information relating to an employee of that
18employer, unless the employee authorizes the authority to provide access to that
19information. In this subsection, "personally identifiable information" does not
20include an employee's work classification, hours of work, or wage or benefit payments
21received for work on such a project.".
