SB615-AA2,1,3 " Section 19m. 121.91 (4) (n) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

SB615-AA2,1,12 121.91 (4) (n) 3. If the calculation under subd. 1. is changed for the 2016-17 school year, and as a result of that change the amount of the increase under this paragraph for an eligible school district under s. 118.60 is less than it would be using the calculation used for the 2015-16 school year, the authority for an eligible school district under s. 118.60 to increase the limit otherwise applicable to the eligible school district under sub. (2m) under this paragraph for the 2016-17 school year may not be reduced by more than the amount of the greatest reduction to a school district other than an eligible school district under s. 118.60 that results from the change to the calculation under subd. 1. between the 2015-16 and 2016-17 school years.".
