SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 70

SB70-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB70-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 6: delete "and (ar) of the statutes are" and substitute "of the statutes is".

SB70-SA2,1,6 2. Page 1, line 7: delete "has the meaning given in s. 941.23 (1) (c)" and substitute "means a person who served as a law enforcement officer with a Wisconsin law enforcement agency before separating from law enforcement service".

SB70-SA2,1,7 3. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2.

SB70-SA2,1,9 4. Page 2, line 7: delete "2f. and 2h. of the statutes are" and substitute "2h. of the statutes is".

SB70-SA2,1,10 5. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9.

SB70-SA2,1,11 6. Page 2, line 10: before "2h." insert "948.605 (2) (b)".

SB70-SA2,1,12 7. Page 2, line 20: delete ", 6.".
