1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 1, line 2: after "executive" insert "and eligibility of a candidate for
3elective office".

42. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

5" Section 1b. 8.21 (2) (br) of the statutes is created to read:

6 8.21 (2) (br) That the signer is not a candidate on the same ballot for any
7elective national, state, or local office other than the office named under par. (a).".

83. Page 1, line 5: after that line insert:

9" Section 1m. Initial applicability.

10 (1) The treatment of section 8.21 (2) (br) of the statutes first applies to a
11declaration of candidacy filed on the effective date of this subsection.".
