SB73-SA2,1,3 " Section 3g. 59.43 (1) (w) of the statutes is created to read:

SB73-SA2,1,7 59.43 (1) (w) Remotely back up in an electronic format any filed or recorded document that is maintained by the register of deeds solely in an electronic format. Backup documents shall be stored remotely and segregated from the documents maintained by the register of deeds.".
