ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 17, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,2 1. Page 8, line 1: before that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,3 “ Section 1m. 13.09 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,9 13.09 (7) The joint committee on finance shall convene at least once annually to review the progress of the electronics and information technology manufacturing zone designated under s. 238.396 (1m), the tax credit and other programs related to that zone, and other matters related to economic development in this state. In addition to the committee members, the following individuals shall be present at the meeting:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,10 (a) The secretary of administration.

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,12 (b) Until December 31, 2022, the economic development liaison in the department of administration.

AB1-ASA1-AA17,2,2 (c) The chief executive officer of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.

AB1-ASA1-AA17,2,4 (d) Until December 31, 2022, the electronics manufacturing small business development director in the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.”.
