AB1-ASA1-AA6,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA6,1,2 21. Page 2, line 10: delete “and".

AB1-ASA1-AA6,1,4 32. Page 2, line 10: delete “appropriations" and substitute “appropriations, and
4providing a penalty".

AB1-ASA1-AA6,1,5 53. Page 36, line 23: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA6,1,9 6“(am) A business whose certification is revoked under par. (a) shall be required
7to repay all tax benefits the business has claimed under that certification and in
8addition shall be required to forfeit an amount equal to 10 percent of the total amount
9of that certification.”.
