AB5-SA1,1,7 4(1) The legislature requests that the attorney general consider the
5appropriateness of filing suit against opioid manufacturers and submit a report to
6the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under
7section 13.172 (2) of the statutes by October 1, 2017.”.
