AB240-AA4,1,3 “ Section 3. 49.266 of the statutes is created to read:

AB240-AA4,1,8 49.266 School attendance requirements. The department shall develop and operate a program similar to the Learnfare program under s. 49.26 except that the school attendance requirement shall apply to an individual who is a dependent child of a person who received tax credits of $100,000 or more in the previous taxable year if the conditions described in s. 49.26 (1) (g) 1. to 12. apply.”.
