AB260-AA4,1,2 21. Page 7, line 1: delete lines 1 to 21.
AB260-AA4,1,4 32. Page 10, line 4: delete “health care professional" and substitute “nurse
4licensed or permitted under ch. 441".
AB260-AA4,1,5 53. Page 10, line 4: after that line insert:
AB260-AA4,1,6 6 Section 17b. 446.02 (7) (a) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

AB260-AA4,38r 7Section 38r. Chir 10.03 of the administrative code is amended to read:
AB260-AA4,2,20 8Chir 10.03 X-ray services. A chiropractor may delegate x-ray examination
9procedures to an unlicensed person only if the delegation is consistent with s. Chir
1010.02 (1) to (3), the unlicensed person is a chiropractic radiological technician or
11other person acting within the scope of his or her license, permit, registration, or
12certificate,
and the unlicensed person has successfully completed a course of
13instruction comprising at least 48 hours and including the following components:
14introduction to x-ray examination; physics of x-ray examination; anatomy; patient
15positioning; safety measures; machine operation; exposure techniques and
16accessories; processing and dark room techniques; film critique and quality
17assurance; professionalism; recordkeeping; emergency procedures, summary; and
18successful completion of an examination on the content of the course of instruction.
19The chiropractor shall comply with s. Chir 4.04 before delegating the performance
20of x-ray services to an unlicensed person.”.
