AB348-ASA1-AA21,1,6 3“(10) Rural broadband expansion. A wireless provider shall make annual
4expenditures to expand high-speed broadband service in unserved, underserved,
5and rural areas of this state in an amount that is at least equal to 20 percent of its
6annual expenditures for constructing wireless facilities in urban areas of this state.”.
