AB419-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB419-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after “teachers," insert “pupil service professionals,".

AB419-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB419-AA1,1,5 “ Section 2m. 20.255 (2) (fh) of the statutes, as created by 2017 Wisconsin Act .... this act, is repealed.”.

AB419-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 12: after “teachers," insert “pupil service professionals,".

AB419-AA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 14: after “education." insert “In awarding grants under this section, the department shall give preference to school districts that have not applied for a grant under this section in a prior school year.".

AB419-AA1,1,10 5. Page 2, line 15: delete lines 15 to 18.

AB419-AA1,1,11 6. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

AB419-AA1,2,2 “ Section 3m. 115.413 of the statutes, as created by 2017 Wisconsin Act .... this act, is repealed.”.

AB419-AA1,5m Section 5m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB419-AA1,3,11 (1) The treatment of section 119.04 (1) (by Section 4m) and the repeal of sections 20.255 (2) (fh) and 115.413 of the statutes take effect on the first day of the 25th month after publication.”.
