AB490-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB490-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after “older" insert “and making an appropriation".

AB490-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB490-AA1,1,5 “ Section 1c. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

AB490-AA1,1g Section 1g. 20.855 (4) (em) of the statutes is created to read:

AB490-AA1,2,3 20.855 (4) (em) Transfer to conservation fund; certain hunting approvals. From the general fund, a sum sufficient in an amount determined under s. 25.29 (1) (em) to be transferred into the conservation fund.

AB490-AA1,1m Section 1m. 25.29 (1) (em) of the statutes is created to read:

AB490-AA1,2,9 25.29 (1) (em) An amount calculated by multiplying $7 by the total number of licenses under s. 29.563 (2) (a) 5., 8., or 8r. or (2g) (am) 1. or 3. issued in the prior fiscal year by the department to veterans who are 70 years of age or older, as certified by the department to the department of administration after the close of the fiscal year in which the licenses were issued.”.
