AB64-ASA1-AA13,1,3 “ Section 1463j. 115.28 (10p) of the statutes is created to read:

AB64-ASA1-AA13,1,9 115.28 (10p) School district creation study; eligible unified school districts. Study whether the creation of a new school district under s. 117.105 (4m) will have a disparate impact on children with disabilities, as defined in s. 115.76 (5), limited-English proficient pupils, as defined in s. 115.955 (7), minority group pupils, as defined in s. 121.845 (2), and pupils who satisfy the income eligibility criteria for a free or reduced-price lunch under 42 USC 1758 (b) (1).”.
