AB770-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB770-SA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 11: after “(m)" insert “1.".

AB770-SA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 15: delete “1." and substitute “a.".

AB770-SA1,1,5 3. Page 6, line 17: delete “2." and substitute “b.".

AB770-SA1,1,6 4. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:

AB770-SA1,1,8 “2. Amounts levied under this paragraph may be used only for police protective services, fire protective service, or emergency medical services.

AB770-SA1,1,12 3. If a city, village, or town levies an amount under this paragraph, the city, village, or town may not decrease the amount it spends for police protective services, fire protective services, or emergency medical services below the amount the city, village, or town spent in the preceding year.”.
