AB771-ASA2-AA5,1,64 704.45 (4) If, within 60 days after a residential tenant takes an action described
5under sub. (1) (a), (b), or (c), the landlord does or threatens to do any of the following,
6there is a rebuttable presumption that the landlord's action is retaliatory conduct:
