AB830-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB830-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 20: after that line insert:

AB830-AA1,1,5 “(d) The parent or guardian agrees to repay any disbursement from the pupil's education savings account that the department determines is based on fraud committed by the parent or guardian or by the pupil.”.

AB830-AA1,1,7 2. Page 7, line 15: delete “Disqualification." and substitute “ Disqualification and repayment. (a)".

AB830-AA1,1,8 3. Page 7, line 18: after that line insert:

AB830-AA1,1,12 “(b) The department shall require a pupil's parent or guardian to repay the amount of a disbursement made from the pupil's education savings account if the department determines that the disbursement was based on fraud committed by the pupil or the pupil's parent or guardian.

AB830-AA1,2,4 (c) The department shall require an eligible educational provider to repay the amount of a disbursement to the eligible educational provider from an education savings account if the department determines that the disbursement was based on fraud committed by the eligible educational provider.”.
