AB912-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB912-AA2,1,2 1. Page 4, line 19: after that line insert:

AB912-AA2,1,4 “(3s) Grant to municipality. (a) In this subsection, “municipality” means a city, village, or town.

AB912-AA2,1,7 (b) From the appropriation under s. 20.192 (1) (bm), the corporation may award grants totaling up to $5,000,000 to one or more municipalities in a rural county if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

AB912-AA2,1,8 1. The municipality has a population of less than 10,000.

AB912-AA2,1,11 2. The municipality expends the grant moneys only for the purpose of covering the municipality's environmental and other mitigation costs related to economic development.”.
