SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 15

SB15-SSA1-SA3,1,3 1. Page 10, line 2: delete the material beginning with “With" and ending with “subdivision." on line 5.

SB15-SSA1-SA3,1,5 2. Page 10, line 11: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with “analysis" on page 12, line 11.

SB15-SSA1-SA3,1,7 3. Page 12, line 16: delete the material beginning with “or" and ending with “3." on line 17.

SB15-SSA1-SA3,1,9 4. Page 13, line 10: delete the material beginning with “, and" and ending with “indicates," on line 12.

SB15-SSA1-SA3,2,9 “(c) If an agency determines under s. 227.137 (3) (b) 2. that $10,000,000 or more in implementation and compliance costs of a proposed rule are reasonably expected to be incurred by or passed along to businesses, local governmental units, and individuals over any 2-year period as a result of the proposed rule, the legislative audit bureau shall conduct an audit of the agency's economic impact analysis. If the legislative audit bureau finds that the actual and quantifiable benefits of the proposed rule under s. 227.137 (3) (c) offset all of the implementation and compliance costs under s. 227.137 (3) (b), the agency may continue promulgating the proposed rule.”.
