SB235-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB235-SA1,1,8 1. Page 2, line 5: after “than 2." insert “ One of the employer representatives shall be an owner of a small business or a representative of an association primarily composed of small businesses. In this subsection, “small business" means an independently owned and operated business that is not dominant in its field and that has had less than $2,000,000 in gross annual sales for each of the previous 2 calendar years or has 25 or fewer employees.".
