AB39-AA1,1h 6Section 1h. 29.983 (1) (b) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB39-AA1,1,77 29.983 (1) (b) 3. For any bear, wild turkey or wild swan, $175.

AB39-AA1,1p 8Section 1p. 29.983 (1) (b) 3m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB39-AA1,1,109 29.983 (1) (b) 3m. For any bear, an amount in the court's discretion that is not
10less than $175 and not more than $5,000.”.
