SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 14

SB14-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB14-SA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 16: after “(24m)" insert “; who works at least 10 hours a week for the claimant; who has not worked for the claimant previously in the same or a similar job; who is not a permanent employee of the claimant; and who is not employed by the claimant to replace one of the claimant's current employees".

SB14-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 19: delete “$2,500" and substitute “$1,000".

SB14-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 23: delete “40" and substitute “5".

SB14-SA1,1,11 4.
