AB43-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB43-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 18: delete the material beginning with “the court shall," and ending with “attorney," on line 19 and substitute “if the district attorney moves to preserve the testimony of the crime victim or witness and shows good cause to preserve testimony because of the victim's specific circumstances, the court shall”.
