AB590-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB590-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:
AB590-AA2,1,3 3“(bm) “Obscene” has the meaning given in s. 20.935 (1) (bm).”.
AB590-AA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 9: after “may" insert “in his or her official capacity".
AB590-AA2,1,9 53. Page 2, line 11: after “site." insert “This paragraph does not prohibit
6expression by a state public official holding an elective office about a user's content
7if the user's content constitutes harassment, an apparent violation of law, content
8that is obscene or pornographic in nature, or expressive material not protected by the
9First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.".
