AB54-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB54-AA1,1,4 21. Page 3, line 23: delete the material beginning with “any of" and ending on
3page 4, line 5, and substitute “death or serious personal injury, whether physical or
4psychological.".

AB54-AA1,1,5 52. Page 4, line 7: delete lines 7 to 23 and substitute:

AB54-AA1,1,6 6“969.001 (3) “Violent crime” has the meaning given in s. 165.84 (7) (ab).”.
