1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 6, line 3: delete lines 3 to 5 and substitute:

3“(d) “Reviewable death” includes any of the following types of deaths:

4 1. Undetermined cause.”.

52. Page 6, line 14: after that line insert:

6“11. A maternal death occurring during or within a year of a pregnancy.”.

73. Page 9, line 21: delete the material beginning with “overdose" and ending
8with “team," on line 22 and substitute “overdose fatality review team, a suicide
9review team, or a maternal mortality review team,”.

104. Page 14, line 24: delete the material beginning with “overdose" and ending
11with “suicide review team" on line 24 and substitute “overdose fatality review team,
12a suicide review team, or a maternal mortality review team”.
