SB325-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB325-SA1,1,2 21. Page 5, line 19: delete lines 19 and 20 and substitute:
SB325-SA1,1,4 3a. Projects that include at least 25 percent matching funds, and shall give
4higher priority to projects with more than 25 percent matching funds.

SB325-SA1,1,6 6 Section 12. 196.504 (2) (c) 1. g. and h. of the statutes are created to read:
SB325-SA1,1,117 196.504 (2) (c) 1. g. Projects designed to provide fiber optic Internet service
8directly to the end user in geographic areas where the cost to deploy fiber optic
9Internet is below the extremely high cost per location threshold established by this
10state for the purpose being eligible for federal funding under the broadband, equity,
11access, and deployment program authorized under 47 USC 1702.

13megabits per second or lower and upload speeds of 3 megabits per second or lower.”.
