SB410-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB410-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: after “343.44" insert “(1) (b) to (d)".

SB410-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 13: after “90 days." insert “A city, village, town, or county may establish by ordinances an impoundment period under this subsection that is less than 90 days for offenses occurring on a highway under the jurisdiction of the city, village, town, or county.".

SB410-SA1,1,8 3. Page 3, line 3: delete “90 days of the date of that violation" and substitute “the period of impoundment for the violation".

SB410-SA1,1,10 4. Page 3, line 7: delete “90 days of the date of that violation" and substitute “the period of impoundment for the violation".
