Famous residents in marketing
Under current law, the Council on Tourism must consider using famous residents and former residents of Wisconsin in tourism marketing strategies. This bill eliminates that requirement.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 41.12 (3) of the statutes is repealed.
