On March 21, 1996, Assembly Bill 573, relating to insurance coverage of hospital or home care after childbirth and granting rule-making authority, was referred to the Joint Committee on Finance. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 45(1), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 573 from the Joint Committee on Finance and rerefer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Rules.
Representative Ben Brancel, chairman of the Joint Committee on Finance, has consented to this rereferral.
