On May 30, 1995, Assembly Bill 413, relating to notices concerning proposals by American Indian tribal governing bodies to redesignate areas for air quality purposes, was initially referred to the Assembly Committee on Environment and Utilities. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 41 from the Assembly Committee on Environment and Utilities and rerefer it to the Special Committee on State-Federal Relations.
Representatives Marc Duff, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Environment and Utilities, has consented to this rereferral.
