Please be advised that I have informed Speaker David Prosser that I will be retiring as Chief Clerk of the Wisconsin State Assembly at the end of the work day on January 31, 1995.
It has been a distinct honor to have worked for this institution for 30 years. I have worked for some of the finest men and women of this state and respect and appreciate the enormous job each has had to do. In addition, I have also worked with some of the finest men and women who have made this institution run smoothly and made the legislators job easier for them to do.
I am particularly proud of my appointment as chief clerk this session. I have been honored to serve.
I would like to thank you all for making this an exciting and enjoyable place to work.
