The members of the Committee of Conference on 1995 Assembly Bill 557 report and recommend That, by the adoption of this report:
1. Prior Senate action. The Senate recedes from its position on Senate Amendment 1, as affected by Senate Amendment 13 thereto.
2. Action on conference report. The Assembly and Senate, respectively, adopt and concur in Conference Amendment 1 (LRBa2736/1) to 1995 Assembly Bill 557, which is attached to and made a part of this report.
