On February 26, 1996, Senate Bill 76, relating to changes in the laws regulating fireworks and granting rule-making authority, was referred to the Joint Committee on Finance. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 45(1), I hereby withdraw Senate Bill 76 from the Joint Finance Committee and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Rules.

Dear Speaker Prosser:
I am asked to be relieved of my assignment to the Assembly Committee on Consumer Affairs, effective today.
A865 I will continue to serve as chair of Colleges and Universities and be a member of Small Business and Economic Development; Insurance, Securities and Corporate Policy; and Mandates. If a legislative study committee is created on Shared Revenue, however, I would be extremely interested in serving as a member.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
Best Wishes,
ROB KREIBICH
93rd Assembly District
